| On March 21, 2012, Real Mex Restaurants, Inc. (and its subsidiary businesses, including El Torito Restaurants, El Torito Grill, Acapulco Restaurants, Chevys Restaurants, Las Brisas, Who Song & Larry’s, Sinigual, and El Paso Cantina) (collectively, the "Company") was sold to a new owner, RM Opco LLC (the "New Owner"). This sale was part of a financial restructuring and does not impact the regular operations of our restaurants or the great guest experiences we strive to deliver every day. In connection with the sale, the New Owner agreed that guests who had previously provided personal information to the Company should have the right to request that such personal information be deleted. At Real Mex Restaurants, we take many steps to protect the privacy of your information and this will not change under our new ownership.
